COLUIMBUS - A man who allegedly threatened to kill a woman with scissors and stole her truck will be in court on Monday.
Cristian Burgos, 27, of Columbus, is facing four felony charges, after an incident in early August, and is set to make a felony status appearance in Platte County Court on Monday, September 11th at 8:45 a.m.
Court records say Burgos has previously been convicted of 3rd degree assault in Madison County back in 2015.
Burgos faces felony charges for assault, terroristic threats, strangulation, and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
