Make a Splash at Your Local Swimming Pool for Summer 2022
Broken Bow Swimming Pool

BROKEN BOW—The Broken Bow Aquatic Center will open Wednesday, June 1 at 12:30 p.m. Pool manager Laurie French has worked for the pool for more than 20 years and has served as manager for the past seven years. She is excited for another summer season!

“It’s great and I love it. It’s just so much fun because our facility is beautiful. I’m very proud of it. We get lots of compliments on our pool and the zero-depth entry is fantastic for families that bring young kiddos. It’s just so much fun!” French told KCNI/KBBN.

French is grateful for the crew of lifeguards this summer. Lifeguards are CPR certified every year and trained on various water and safety skills. At least seven or eight lifeguards need to be available for the pool to open. French also thanked the parks department and city officials for maintaining the pool and getting it ready for opening day.
