ORD—The Lower Loup Natural Resource District will be hosting a field day at it’s Aagaard Research Farm starting at 4 P.M. on Thursday, September 6. The research farm is located six miles North of Ord, on Haskell Creek Road.
The featured speakers for the event include Rich Russell of Arrow Seed, Bryce Bauer NRCS District Conservationist, Kraig Beck of NRCS, Richard Woollen of the Nebraska Forest Service, and a panel of producers.
Topics that will be covered include cover crops, soil health, grazing, forestry, and wildlife.
