LITCHFIELD–Two Litchfield elementary students had their artwork chosen to be on display at the State Capitol during the month of March for Youth Art Month.
Pictured left with her self-portrait is Jozzie Slocum. Jozzie is a first-grade student and the daughter of Chad and Megan Slocum. She titled her work “Green Eyed Wonder.”
Pictured right is Kylee Zulkoski a fourth-grade student. Kylee created a beautiful cardinal out of pastels and paint. She titled her work “One Night.” Kylee is the daughter of Kristie and Luke Zulkoski.
Both students were recognized for exemplary creativity at a ceremony Saturday, March 30 in the Rotunda at the State Capitol in Lincoln.
