LBPHD Risk Dial

The dial has increased this week and now sits in the orange. The increase is attributed to an increase in the weekly percent positivity of tests and the number of cases being classified as community spread. Other factors that figure into the risk dial calculation include healthcare capacity, testing availability, and the ability to conduct contact tracing efficiently.
