BROKEN BOW–This coming weekend marks the annual Tootsie Roll Drive for the local Knights of Columbus Council #2388. According to a press release from Co-Chairpersons
Chad and Tammy Schall, donations received from the drive will assist citizens with intellectual disabilities in the local community and throughout Nebraska.
The local council of the Knights of Columbus serve the Catholic Church parishes of Broken Bow, Anselmo, Callaway, and Sargent.
“Last year, donations received through the Tootsie Roll Drive helped support the Mid Nebraska Individual Services organization,” the press release stated.
This year’s Tootsie Roll Drive is Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2020.
