This Friday (10/13) the KBBN area game of the week will put the spotlight on the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels. The Rebels are undefeated and currently ranked #5 in Class C2 in the latest rankings put out by the Omaha World Herald. Arcadia/Loup City will host Central City who is 5-2 on the season and is coming off a big win over previously unbeaten Sutton last week. The Bison are ranked #9 this week by the OWH in Class C2. The district title will be on the line when these two top ten teams collide on Friday. The game will be broadcast live on KBBN 95.3 FM and on kbbn.com. Kickoff is scheduled for 7pm with pregame coverage beginning around 6:40pm. Earlier this week Arcadia/Loup City football coach Mike Scott visited with KBBN Sports Director Brent Apperson about Friday’s matchup and the reasons for the team’s success this year.
