BERYWN—Johnson Electric is not new to the Custer County area, but they are the newest members to join the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce. Alongside friends, family, staff, and many more, the company cut the ribbon on Thursday, December 6 adding to the growing number of chamber members.
Following the ribbon cutting, Johnson Electric held an open house serving chili, sandwiches, cookies, and drinks in their shop in Berwyn. Johnson Electric first opened their doors in a little garage when Vergil Johnson founded the business around 45 years ago. As the business continued to grow and Greg Johnson began to take on more of the business, Johnson Electric moved to Berwyn in the early 1990’s to its current location.
Johnson Electric is a unique pivot business due to having no affiliation with any specific brand of pivot. This allows all of the technicians to be able to work on a multitude of different branded electrical pivots.
