“It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane!” Super Hero Training at BB Library

It's not who I am underneath but what I do that defines me

BROKEN BOW–Holy family fun, Batman! Grab your capes and fly on over to the Broken Bow Public Library for Super Hero Training Camp. This is a fun, free, family event scheduled for Tuesday, January 15 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. (626 S D St, Broken Bow, NE 68822.)

Broken Bow Library Children’s Service Coordinator Kim Blackburn encourages everyone to bring with them their imaginations as they lift weights, fight fires, and throw lighting bolts in preparation of becoming a super hero.

“It will be fun and it will be fun for a parent and a child to do together. Good bonding time,” Blackburn said.

Kids and parents will train to become faster than a speeding bullet as they create masks and make their way through eight different training stations.

“There is a superhero inside all of us, we just need the courage to put on the cape,” Superman said.

With great power comes great responsibility, so remember to call ahead and register if you plan to attend. Call the library at 308-872-2927 for Tuesday night’s Super Hero Training Camp at 5:30 p.m.
