DEUEL and KEITH COUNTIES–Weather permitting, work will begin June 18 on a concrete sealing project on I-80 from Big Springs to Brule, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
This project will have concrete sealing on 9.17 miles of I-80 located in Deuel and Keith counties, starting just west of the Big Springs Interchange at Reference Post 106.31, and extending east to Reference Post 115.48, ending just west of the Brule Interchange. The work will be performed under daytime lane closures. This project is anticiapted to be completed by July 3.
Motorists are reminded to be extra careful in and near highway work zones, and to buckle up every trip.
