Humboldt Man Sentenced For Meth Conspiracy

LINCOLN - The US Attorney's Office has reported the sentencing of a Humboldt man for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Timothy John Kuker, 43, was sentenced to five years in prison and ordered to serve five years of supervised release following the prison term. US Attorney Robert Stuart said information provided to law enforcement indicated that Kuker was responsible for the distribution of at least three pounds of methamphetamine in the Lincoln area between September of 2013 and September of 2015. This case was investigated by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force.
