Spring is here, and now is a great time to start making repairs to your home before winter hits again. The City of Sargent has some remaining Forgivable Funds for Home Rehabilitation for households to rehabilitate their owner-occupied homes.
Forgivable loans are available to income-eligible households for rehabilitation activities, including, but not limited to: weatherization, roof and foundation repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting/siding, and accessibility. If you’re a homeowner in Sargent, we invite you to apply for forgivable loans to repair your home.
Residents may pick up an application at the Sargent City Office. Or, interested homeowners can have an application mailed to them by calling Community Development Services, at 402-582-3580. Household income limits apply. Equal Housing Opportunity.
