Broken Bow defeated Cozad 21-0. It was the second shutout in as many weeks for the Broken Bow defense. Tycen Marten had touchdown runs of 55 and 13 yards while Mason McMeen busted loose for a 66 yd. touchdown run as the Indians improved to 4-4 on the season. Next up for Broken Bow is Kearney Catholic who was upset by Gothenburg 21-20.
Arcadia/Loup City defeated Central City 16-8. Macrae Maschka threw 2 touchdown passes to Nolan Baker and intercepted a Central City pass at the 1 yd. line late in the game to preserve the win. The Rebels remain undefeated at 8-0.
