Grocery Kart Will Require Masks Beginning Monday, November 16

Beginning on Monday, November 16, Grocery Kart in Broken Bow will require anyone who enters the store to wear a mask.

Steve Fowler, GK Store Manager, told KCNI/KBBN that public safety is the number one priority for the store, which is the reason for requiring masks. Fowler stated that patrons need to bring their own masks, but for the first week or so, the store will make sure masks are available for those who may have forgotten their mask, did not know about the mask requirement, or just simply need a mask.

“The most important thing is public safety and health as well as keeping the virus spike down for the hospital’s sake. With the grocery store being an essential business it is also smart to make this decision for our employees so they can continue working and to keep the public safe and healthy as well,” said Fowler. “We’re all in this together.”

The Grocery Kart is open every day 7 AM – 10 PM located at 937 East South E St. in Broken Bow.
