Food Bank For The Heartland Mobile Food Pantries Saturday In Broken Bow, Loup City, And Brewster

The  Food Bank for the Heartland will once again be visiting central Nebraska this weekend with mobile food banks in Loup City, Broken Bow, and Brewster. The mobile food pantries will be held on Saturday, April 24 at the CNCAP (626 N St. Loup City, NE 68853), Berean Bible Church parking lot (2419 Memorial Drive, Broken Bow, NE 68822), and at the Community Center “Old School Gym” (250 Garfield Ave, Brewster, NE 68821). Food will be distributed drive-thru style with no need for recipients to get out of their vehicles.

All are welcome to receive food to help feed their families. Distribution will begin at 9:30 AM in Loup City, 9:30 AM in Broken Bow, and noon in Brewster. Cars are asked not to line up earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled start of each food drive.

During past mobile food pantry events, food boxes have included enough items to feed a family of four for a week, such as canned goods, fresh produce, and pasta.
