Flood watch in effect Monday evening through Tuesday morning

Heavy thunderstorms are expected to develop across parts of north central Nebraska Monday evening. The storms will be capable of putting a quick 1 to 3 inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts possible, which could produce flooding in some areas.
