Flood Assistance in Northeast Nebraska

LINCOLN- State and federal officials plan to provide assistance to Northeast Nebraska residents after last weekend's flooding. Tuesday morning, Governor Pete Ricketts joined the National Guard to get aerial views of the damage in the Northeast region of Nebraska. Eleven Northeast counties as well as some Southeast counties along the Missouri river were affected by severe flooding. The Nebraska Emergency Management Agency has been working with officials to provide assistance while assessing the damage around the region.
