Omaha, NE.—With a week to go until Election Day, a major player in the national polling world, is rating the Omaha House race a toss-up.
According to FiveThirtyEight, Democrat Kara Eastman and Republican Congressman Don Bacon are in a statistical dead heat, with a slight advantage going to Bacon.
