Festival Of Lights “Reverse Parade” Nov. 30! Enjoy Christmas Music On KCNI/KBBN!

The Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce “The Polar Express” Reverse Parade is coming up on Monday, November 30th from 5:30-7:00 PM at the Custer County Fairgrounds. The floats will be set up with specific entrance and exit routes clearly marked.

The Chamber is asking the spectators to enter from the North on Memorial Drive at the North Entrance where you will be directed to drive slowly through the area to experience the parade “from a new perspective.” The exit will be through the South (widely considered the Main Entrance/Exit of the Fairgrounds). This route will ensure traffic control/congestion at the Railroad Tracks.

The Chamber asks that those who are on floats will need to stay on the floats and spectators will need to stay in their vehicles. If a float entry wants to hand out goodie bags, they need to be individually wrapped products in a self-contained bag or sack. There can be one person from each float who hands out the goodie bags and they are required to be masked and wear gloves. As with most events this year if you are not feeling well or have been exposed please stay home!

Fairgrounds and spectators can drive through in the comfort and safety of their vehicles to enjoy the traditional parade entries! KCNI/KBBN will also be featuring Christmas Music to add to the experience! Tune in for the holiday music on 95.3 FM, 96.3 FM, or 1280 AM!

Following the parade, feel free to enjoy the lighting of the square from your vehicles or watch live on the SandhillsExpress Facebook page!
