Felony Drug Charges Amended, Dropped in Platte County Case

COLUMBUS - A McCook man is facing a misdemeanor charge, after a felony charge was dropped, and another was amended. Nicholas Nothnagel, 32, is facing a class 1 misdemeanor for attempt of a class 4 felony, which was  amended from a felony charge, says court records. A charge for manufacturing marijuana was dismissed according to court documents from January 9th. Nothnagel is due back in court on January 24th.
