Farm Credit Services of America has announced plans to build a brand new facility in Broken Bow.  City officials, Broken Bow Chamber members, and Farm Credit staff gathered to take part in a ground breaking ceremony Tuesday afternoon where the new structure will be built along Highway 2, just west of Ag Land ATV. Construction is expected to begin late this August or early September. Farm Credit staff members hope to move into the new building in the fall of 2018. Projected cost for the facility is just under $4 million...  Farm Credit Services plan to list their current building located at 535 South 10th Ave for sale after the first of the year. Farm Credit Regional Vice President Ryan Kirchoff showed those attending the plans and explained how the new location and facility would offer much better access to customers. Kirchoff said they have enjoyed great support from this area over the years and have experienced growth that has created a need for more employees. The plans also include room for expansion if needed. Kirchoff noted, "This is a long term commitment to serve this area."
