NORFOLK - A Norfolk businessman reacts after embarrassing photos were posted on a fake social media account.
For nearly 24 hours, Tom Haiar dealt with personal and graphic pictures posted by someone online, without his permission.
He says it can happen to anyone.
Adding, that it takes a lifetime to build a reputation and it can be changed in moments online.
Despite the efforts of the Norfolk police, the Madison County attorney and his close friends, once the images were online, it was up to Facebook to take them down.
He has a word of advice for anyone that may go through a similar battle.
"Continue with life, [you] just can't let it affect you."
