Faith Regional Health Services Appoints New President and CEO

NORFOLK — A familiar face is now in charge of the largest health services provider in the Norfolk area. The Faith Regional Health Services (FRHS) Board of Directors and the Lutheran Community Hospital Association (LCHA) announced the appointment of Kelly Driscoll, RN, MHA, FACHE as President and CEO of Faith Regional Health Services on Friday. Driscoll joined Faith Regional Health Services in 2011, as Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services. In 2013, she accepted the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Driscoll also served as interim CEO and President at Faith Regional for periods in 2014 and 2018. Driscoll brings 23 years of healthcare experience to this position, including more than 20 years of senior leadership experience. She earned her Registered Nurse Degree at Northeast Iowa Community College in Peosta, IA, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Hamilton Business College in Cedar Rapids, IA and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. She received the distinguished certification as a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2012 and was also named among the 130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know in 2015, 2016, and 2017 by Becker’s Hospital Review. “Kelly has been a true asset to Faith Regional over the past seven years,” said John Dinkel, Faith Regional Health Services’ Board Chair. “She’s been instrumental to the organization’s growth of services, recruitment and quality achievements.
