It was a successful trip to the Nebraska State Fair for a number of Custer County 4-H’ers including the Dog Gone Fun 4H Club. The Nebraska State Fair took place August 27 – September 6 and featured a variety of competitions including animal shows and exhibitors.
The Dog Gone 4H Club had nine individual competitors during the state dog show in Grand Island on August 29 competing in 18 different categories. Competing was Abigail Wiiest, Kinsey Evans, Kacee Evans, Jacob Cheek, Megan Cheek, Maysa Jones, Mahaya Jones, Shayla Staab, and Corin Bryan.
