According to the Butler County Sheriffs office, a 15 year-old-reported that she was sexually assaulted by Brown on August 6th. The affidavit says he called her to come over and when she arrived, Brown pulled her by her hair and sexually assaulted her on a table in the house. The documents say she told the sheriffs office the sexual assault hurt her physically and that she repeated the word “no” numerous times. The records say she also had bite marks on her neck and abdomen. She told police that he walked her home and told her that if she told anybody that he would kill her or make her life a living hell, according to the affidavit. The sheriffs office spoke with Brown a few days later and the records say he first said that he was “very intoxicated” at the time and he thinks she might have taken advantage of him. The affidavit says he told police the marks on her were “play bites.” The records say he admitted to pulling her hair playfully. The documents say he could not remember if they had sex that night, but he told police the two had relations earlier in the summer. At that point, the affidavit says he was arrested for sexual assault of a minor. Then, the records say he wanted to take everything he said back and told police he was “freaking out”. The affidavit says Brown told police he was simply too drunk to remember anything from that evening. Deputies later talked to people inside the house that night, according to the records. The affidavit says those people confirmed the two were in the back bedroom at one point and that Brown pulled the minor’s hair that night. Brown’s bond was set at $250,000 and he cannot contact any minors.
