The Custer County Board of Supervisors held a meeting Wednesday morning, June 1st, that lasted just over a half hour total.
After approving the last meeting’s minutes and mail/committee reports, the board opened the Board of Equalization segment of the agenda.
Discussed were several land value corrections for 2022, spanning the districts of all supervisors. The corrections were for private residences, LLC’s, corporations, and townships. It was stated that mail notices on the over/under corrected values would be sent out Wednesday. All corrections read were approved unanimously by the board.
The final item on the agenda was the approval of a new Notice to Proceed declaration from Miller and Associates regarding the 2022 paving improvements in the county (Project #177-P10-007). The board approved the notice unanimously.
