County Board of Supervisors to Convene July 26

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will meet for its final meeting of July on Tuesday the 16 at 9 a.m. on the third floor of the Custer County Courthouse. The meeting will be a regular session.

On the docket are end of month claims as well as an appearance by the Board of Equalization (BOE) to discuss tax list corrections and motor vehicle exemption applications. The BOE will also address the Permissive Exempt Application for the Creation Instruction Association.

Custer County Sheriff Osmond will present his Certification of Distress Warrants, and the county treasurer will present the semi-annual statement for January 1 through June 30 of the current year.

A disaster loan extension is to be discussed put forth by Arnold Township, and the veteran’s office will present its annual report.

Resolution 28R-2022, dealing with a bridge replacement for Comstock, is also on the docket. At 1 p.m., budget reviews for all offices will be conducted.
