LINCOLN — Two state prison administrators have been promoted.
Robert Madsen, who most recently served as warden at the Nebraska State Penitentiary, has been named deputy director for prisons. He will be replaced at the State Penitentiary by Michele Capps, a former deputy warden at Tecumseh State Prison.
The appointments are part of a recent organizational restructuring at the Nebraska Department of Corrections.
