COLUMBUS - A Columbus man is facing a maximum of 300 years in prison for allegedly sexually assaulting two underage girls.
Dustin Pospisil, 22, of Columbus, is facing 6 felony charges for sexually assaulting a minor, says court records.
An affidavit says Pospisil admitted to having intimate relations with one of the girls, who was 15-years-old when the assaults allegedly began.
Pospisil is also alleged to of had intimate relations with a 14-year-old, starting in 2016, according to an affidavit.
Pospisil is due in court on January 10th.
Pospisil is alleged to have given one of the minors, methamphetamine on multiple occasions, says court records.
If convicted on all charges, the maximum sentence is 300 years in prison.
