SCHUYLER, Neb. - A Columbus man is looking at a felony charge after being arrested for DUI at nearly twice the legal limit.
36-year-old Shaun Mimick is charged with third-offense DUI in Colfax County after an incident in November on Highway 30.
Records say Mimick had blood shot watery eyes, smelled of alcohol and later told the deputy he had six beers, before getting breathalyzed.
Mimick eventually blew a 0.158 at the Schuyler Police Station, just over the limit of 0.15 for aggravated DUI, according to the documents.
Documents also say Mimick has two prior DUI convictions and could go to jail if found guilty of his current charge.
