COLUMBUS, Neb. - A Columbus man is accused of breaking into an apartment building and having illegal narcotics on him.
23-year-old Emil Staroscik is charged with felony burglary and felony possession of narcotics, as well as carrying a concealed weapon, which is a misdemeanor on first-offense.
While no police affidavit is available, the court documents say Staroscik attempted to break into a room in a downtown apartment building in Columbus. The records say, they found tetrahrdrocannabinol on Staroscik, which is a THC-based pill. The documents say they also found an eight-inch knife on him.
Staroscik will make his first court appearance on October 18th.
