City Council to Discuss Tree Trimming and Comprehensive Plan

BROKEN BOW–Continuing the discussion from two weeks ago, the city council will hold another public hearing on a new tree trimming ordinance (ordinance 1182) as well as the 2018 comprehensive plan (ordinance 1183) during Tuesday’s council meeting. The meeting will take place at noon in the council chambers at the Municipal Building.

The council will be discussing the July 28 Custer County Fair parade route and possibility of a food/craft court in the square.

Also on the agenda, the council will be discussing an SDL application from Kinkaider Brewing Co. about an August 4 event, at Melham.

The council will discuss and may or may not approve payments to Chief Construction Company, JEO Consulting Group Inc., and Anderson Auto Group for various projects in town such as the library renovation, paving improvements, fire hall, and police vehicle.
