BROKEN BOW – The Broken Bow City Council will convene on Tuesday, July 26 at the municipal auditorium in a meeting that will most certainly last longer than the one prior.
The council is scheduled to approve the minutes of the July 12 meeting, the bills as posted, and the May treasurer’s report.
Among new business discussions, the council will have consideration of approving the union contract that will be effective starting October 1 of this year until September 30, 2025.
Additionally, City Council will evaluate Resolution 2022-9, which is concerned with the spending limit for department foremen, department heads, and City Administrator, excluding the Library Trust. The library is excluded from the measure due to a state statute.
