CEDC 4-County Cash Back Program Sees Gross Sales Pass $110,000 In 48 Hours

Custer Economic Development Corporation Executive Director Andrew Ambriz, has announced that in the first 48 hours of the 4-County Cash Back Program, the online sales have amassed over $110,000 in gross sales. The program, which kicked off on Tuesday, April 21, ended the first day with around $30,000 in sales with a few businesses selling out of their gift cards.

As the program continues, more businesses will be added to the website allowing for customers even more options to purchase the gift cards. If a Custer County business would like to participate in the program you must opt-in by calling Andrew at (402) 922-0774.

More info can also be found at www.custercountyne.com under the COVID-19 Resources tab. Donations are still being accepted if individuals, businesses or organizations would want to contribute as additional funds raised would impact the community even more.

Gift certificates can be purchased either online at www.4-county-strong.myshopify.com or over the phone at Nebraska State Bank at 308-872-2466. Customers can order gift cards in increments of $50 up to $200 per store. Once they are ordered and paid for, the CEDC will issue a gift card for their chosen business in an amount equal to 150% of the amount paid by the customer.
