BROKEN BOW–Three Nebraska candidates will visit the central part of the state this weekend for a speaking tour. As a native of Broken Bow, Michael Connely is returning to the area this weekend running as a candidate for Nebraska governor.
Also scheduled to appear is Jennifer Hicks (R) running for Nebraska Attorney General and Rex Schroder (R) running for Nebraska Secretary of State.
The candidate event will take place at the Broken Bow Public Library (626 South D Street) at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2.
Gubernatorial candidate Michael Connely, Hicks, and Schroder will also visit Albion, Bartlett, and Burwell on Saturday and Loup City and Grand Island on Sunday.
The primary election is set for May 10, 2022 and the general election will occur on November 8, 2022.
