Butler County Participating in Special Vehicle Enforcement Over Holiday

DAVID CITY - The Butler County Sheriff's Office is set to do a special enforcement over the upcoming holidays. The enforcement is "You Drink, You Drive, You Lose" and will take place from December 15th to January 1st, 2018. The enforcement is being made possible by the Nebraska Department for Highway Safety, and officers will be putting in extra patrol hours on Butler County Highways. The goal of the enforcement is to prevent impaired driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, says a press release.
