BURWELL–A hit-and-run incident is under investigation following the weekend of Nebraska’s Big Rodeo. According to a press release from the Garfield County Sheriff‘s Office, a report of a vehicle-pedestrian hit and run involving personal injury is under investigation.
Sheriff Korey Johnson said in a press release, “the incident occurred at the Garfield County Fairgrounds on August 1, 2021 between the hours of midnight and 1:00 a.m.”
A 22-year-old female was transported to the Valley County Hospital by Burwell EMS for her injuries, the press release reads.
The press release also states anyone having any information regarding this incident can contact the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office at 308-346-5150.
