The Broken Bow Public Library is pleased that Bryan L. Jones, author of North of the Platte, South of the Niobrara, will be at the library on Wednesday, August 7th from 7-8:30 p.m. for an evening of stories from the iconic Sandhills of Nebraska.
At the heart of North of the Platte, South of the Niobrara are the self-told stories of the region’s residents – ranchers, schoolteachers, bull riders and veterans – and of the historians, scientists and poets who’ve traveled and loved its rivers and dunes. Jones will offer some readings from his book, have time for questions and answers, and have copies of the book for sale and signing.
Join Nebraska born author Bryan Jones for an evening of vivid stories from the heart of the plains, the Nebraska Sandhills. There is no charge to attend this event that is sponsored by the Broken Bow Library Foundation. For more information, please call the library at 872-2927.
