Broken Bow places 5th at Gothenburg girls golf Invite

The Broken Bow girls golf team participated at the Gothenburg Invitational on Thursday (9/14). Ogallala was the team champion with a 349 which was one shot better than Scottsbluff who was second with a 350. North Platte finished 3rd, McCook was 4th, and Broken Bow finished 5th with a 377. Shelby Poynter of Scottsbluff was the individual champion with a low round of 70. Kailey Johnson led the way for the Lady Indians finishing 7th with an 83 which was also a personal best. Joelle Sanger was 15th with a 90. Other scores for the Indians included : Gracie Williams (95), Madison Jackson (109), and Graycee Oeltjen (117 – personal best).
