Broken Bow Country Club Remodels And Earns Grow Broken Bow Award

BROKEN BOW— If it has been a while since you have been to the Broken Bow Country Club, things have changed. Those changes also earned the facility the Grow Broken Bow Award on April 12 from the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce.

The remodel project of the club house took around two months to complete and has completely changed the look of the inside of the building. With the remodel, the facility now has an open look that is brighter and has the appearance of more open space than previously.

Todd Reynolds spoke on the Get Up and Go Breakfast Show about the remodel process, “We had a lot of great volunteers. We were here 4-5 Saturdays in a row with about 10-20 guys every Saturday. We had great crews and we appreciate our members coming out to donate their labor.”

The remodeled club house has a more open floor plan with the bar opposite of the previous location. The old meeting room has now been converted into a game room that features corn hole, a chipping contest and more, and the entire clubhouse has numerous televisions and new bar chairs.

Another new addition is new club house manager, Jeana Chancellor. Jeana, along with her husband Erik and brand new daughter have moved back to the Broken Bow area from Scottsdale, Arizona. The couple has been involved in managing multiple courses throughout the last few years and now Jeana is excited to bring her experience to the Broken Bow Country Club.

“It’s absolutely our goal is to take away the country club stigma and just bring it to be more of a place that you want to come after work or with your family or hang out on the weekend,” said Jeana.
