The Broken Bow City Council will meet on Tuesday, November 28th at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers. Following approval of the consent agenda, the Council will recess to meet as the Board of Equalization and hold a hearing on levying special assessments in connection with Street Improvement Districts 2014-1 and 2014-2. After that hearing concludes, the Council will return from recess and continued with agenda items. Under new business, the Council may or may not vote to approve a resolution levying special assessments for the street improvement districts. Also under new business is discussion and possible approval of an agreement between the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the City for installation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon. Resolutions for payments to two businesses for work at the library conclude the new business. The Council meeting is open to the public.
