BROKEN BOW –Broken Bow continues to be a standout in growth and prosperity. The residents believe in their community and their investments ensure a bright future for generations to come. The Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce board is continually striving to respect the history Broken Bow is built on and lay the groundwork for the best future possible for the community.

One of the biggest steps in that direction is the addition of Joni Kaczanowski to the Chamber team as the Administrative Assistant. Kaczanowski grew up south of Valentine, Nebraska on her family’s ranch. Her summers growing up were kept busy with ranch work of all kinds. She has a strong bond with the Sandhills and understands what the land and lifestyle mean to so many people.

After graduating high school, Kaczanowski attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she earned a degree in Organizational Communication and General Business. While attending UNK, Kaczanowski was active in multiple organizations including Lambda Pi Eta, the communication honor society on campus.

Kaczanowski’s work experience include customer service in the Schoolmate division of Morris Printing Group in Kearney, and most recently, she held a receptionist position at E.N.T. Physicians of Kearney.

In her free time, Kaczanowski enjoys being outdoors, trying new recipes, planting flowers, reading and spending time at home with her family. Joni and her husband Kris are very excited about their recent move to Broken Bow and look forward to making many new connections in the community.
