BBPS Seeking Community Input And Community Members To Serve On Focus Committees

Broken Bow Public Schools (BBPS) Administration and Board of Education are seeking community input regarding the state of district facilities and potential improvements at the secondary level.  This input will assist in developing a facilities plan for the district.

The process is intended to be open and transparent and allow for all viewpoints to be heard.  The input of the community is critical in shaping a plan that best addresses the needs of the schools while also respecting the voice and opinion of patrons.

BBPS appreciates your willingness to engage in the next step of this exciting process.  More specifically they are looking for community members to serve on one of five committees that have been established to focus in detail on different program aspects of the district’s secondary facilities.

Those committees consist of the following focus areas:

  • Agriculture
  • Athletics/Activities
  • Career and Technical Education
  • Fine and Performing Arts
  • Science and Education

If you are interested in serving on one of these committees, please contact Superintendent Darren Tobey at (308) 872-6821 or [email protected]

Applicants must live in the Broken Bow Public School District. The deadline to apply is Friday, January 8 and there is no limit to the number of individuals on each committee.
