Assault Leads to 6th DWI Arrest

STANTON - Authorities say an incident near Norfolk is resulting in a sixth DWI charge for a northeast Nebraskan. Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger says 37-year old Ryan Wohlman of St. Helena was arrested near the Off Road Ranch Tuesday evening. Sheriff Unger says deputies were called to a report of an assault in progress. He says officers made contact with Wohlman...who was arrested on multiple charges, including 6th-offense driving while intoxicated and domestic assault. Wohlman is currently on probation for a driving while revoked conviction last year in Cedar County. He's currently in the county jail pending bond.
