Hayward pled no contest, and was found guilty, of attempted delivery of meth. A class 3A felony, that carries a maximum sentence of 3 years in prison.
Hayward's sentencing was continued to September 1st at 10:00 a.m.

COLUMBUS - A Columbus man who had drugs and porn mailed to him at jail, is to be arraigned in District Court on Friday.
A case that dates back to February and involves drugs and a pornographic image being mailed to a jail, is coming closer to a conclusion.
20-year-old Ethan Vesely is set to be arraigned in District Court at 10:00 a.m. on an attempt of a class 2A felony charge. Vesely was arrested back in February of 2017, when a letter containing meth, a drug called Vyvanse, and a pornographic image, was mailed to the jail by, 18-year-old Rachel Hayward, says an arrest affidavit.
Court records say police later found nine more letters that Vesely had mailed to Hayward, asking for the various items.
