Arnold Hosts 7th Annual Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally

ARNOLD—Beautiful scenery, raffle prizes, live music, a poker run and more! The Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally and Arnold community welcomes riders and non-riders from Custer County and beyond to participate in this weekend’s festivities.

This year marks the seventh annual Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally and Mike Nelson said the event continues to grow.

“Every year we keep getting bigger and bigger. There’s more people showing up. We’re getting more and more bikes taking the poker run every year,” Nelson said.

Nelson said the rally is all about fun, friendship, and getting together with the community for people who love music and motorcycles.

Heather Hagler said approximately $6,500 was donated after last year’s rally.

“Our three main charities are Autism Awareness, Out of the Darkness–which is suicide prevention, TeamMates Mentoring Program–of course everyone in Nebraska pretty much has heard of that. We also help some local charities that help us out by volunteering: the South Loup cheerleaders, the Arnold Golf Association, the Christian Motorcycle Association. We’ve also set money aside for some scholarships we’re trying to set up for the school-age kids,” Hagler said.

The Poker Run is $30 per person or $50 for a couple. The weekend ends on Sunday with breakfast and a church service at 9 a.m. at the community center.
