Arcadia Celebrates 66 Years of the Annual Fall Festival Sept. 5-7
Update: NO Pancake Feed and NO Kiddie Races on Sunday.

ARCADIA–The annual tradition of the Arcadia Fall Festival continues this weekend as it celebrates 66 years! Arcadia American Legion Post #251 is working to sponsor a fun-filled weekend.

However, contrary to the posted flier, there will no longer be a pancake feed or kiddie races on Sunday.

Ranch Bronc and Pony Bronc riding will take place on Saturday after the Ranch Rodeo.

Saturday, September 5:
*Sand volleyball at 8 a.m. at Riverside Park. Contact Shane Scott 308-750-8351
*Voting for Miss Fall Festival 2020 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Legion Club
*Pinochle Tournament at 9 a.m. at the Community Center. No pre-registration required. Contact BJ Ohme 402-314-8811
*Ranch Rodeo with calcutta at 12:30 p.m. and the Rodeo at 1 p.m. Contact Scott Sell 202-0060 or Sam Holcomb 202-0246.
*Lucky’s Tavern kitchen open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
*Arcadia Huskie Wall of Fame Induction in the new school gym at 7 p.m.

Sunday, September 6:
*Community Worship at 10 a.m. at the Ball park. Guest speaker Anthony Godtel
*Voting for Miss Fall Festival 2020 1-3 p.m. a the Legion Club
*Demolition Derby at 2 p.m. Contact Jeremy 308-202-0262

Monday, September 7:
*Fall Festival Parade at 10:30 a.m. Leading the parade will be Legion Color Guards from surounding towns and an assortment of bands, floats, cars, tractors, and much more. Theme is “Fashions and Fads.” Judging will take place prior to the parade at 9:30 a.m.
*Immediately following the parade will be the Crowning of the Miss Fall Festival 2020
*BBQ Dinner served after the parade at the Corner Cafe. Homemade ice cream for dessert, powered by a hit and miss engine!
*Co-Ed Corn Hole Tournament at 12 p.m. at Riverside Park. Contact Matt Allen 308-870-0199 or Brady Chilewski 308-202-0327.

Drawing for ticket prize winners will be held at the Legion Club, need not be present to win.
