BROKEN BOW–The Broken Bow Public Library is once again sponsoring its annual “Share the Joy of Reading” book drive! You can drop off used children’s books in good condition or new children’s books at the library’s temporary location: 220 Industrial Park Drive (south of BD, north of Boarders Inn & Suites). The book drive begins Tuesday, November 14 and will go until Wednesday, December 13.
Donated books will then be given to the Broken Bow Does organization that will make the books available to area families before Christmas. These books always make a child’s holiday extra special as they love having a book they can keep and call their own!
Last year, more than 600 books were donated to families and we hope to gather that many usable books again this year. If you have any questions, please call the library at 308-872-2927.
