OMAHA - The Omaha Public Power District says they are having a difficult time restoring power, with several homes in our coverage area without power.
Colfax County currently has 94 customers without power, while Dodge County, including a heavy number of homes in North Bend, has 1,286 customers without power, says the company website.
OPPD Officials say that crews are facing the difficulties with travel and low visibility, as they try to respond to power outages. OPPD says, "it may be the end of Tuesday before they will be able to make significant restoration progress."
Overall OPPD has 5,838 customers without power, according to the latest update.
