4-Wheeler Stolen From Rural Columbus Property

COLUMBUS - The Platte County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft, after a 4-wheeler was taken from a rural Columbus property. Platte County Sheriff Ed Wemhoff says they are investigating the incident, that took place during the overnight hours of July 7th into July 8th.  Subjects entered a rural Columbus property and stole the 4-wheeler. The 4-wheeler is a red 2000 Honda Fourtrax Foreman 400 with a 21 horsepower, 1 cycle engine, and is valued at $6,000. The front splash is reportedly dented and the unit has 1,400 hrs.
